Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, is soliciting a contractor to provide onsite inscription services for government-furnished headstones, markers, and niche covers at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, portable blasting and storage structures, dust-handling systems, safety resources, waste disposal, quality control, and related services needed to perform air-blast inscriptions in accordance with government drawings and specifications. Work includes granite and marble flat markers, memorial wall markers, niche covers, upright headstones, reverse inscriptions, emblems, lettering, and lithochrome applications. The requirement is an all-or-none, single-award, firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract with a 10-month base period and four one-year option periods. The government will order at least 1,000 and up to 25,000 units. Quotes must include four separate volumes: Company Information, Technical, Past Performance, and Pricing, along with specified full-size sample types. The technical volume is limited to 40 pages, and the past-performance volume may include no more than five references for comparable onsite inscription services performed within the past five years.
