Description
The City of Sunset Hills is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the 2026 Sunset Hills Street Striping Project. Work must be performed according to City specifications and is expected to begin after an anticipated notice to proceed in October–November 2026, continuing uninterrupted according to the specifications. The successful contractor must comply with Missouri prevailing-wage requirements and provide a 10-hour OSHA-approved or equivalent construction-safety program for on-site employees and subcontractors. A bid security equal to 5% of the base bid is required, in the form of a bank draft, certified check, or satisfactory bid bond. Bids must be submitted on the provided Bid Proposal form and clearly marked as specified.
