Description
The City of Seattle is seeking a multidisciplinary consultant team to provide architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for renovations to the Amy Yee Tennis Center. The work includes reviewing existing conditions and background studies; conducting site investigations; assessing building deficiencies; supporting public engagement; updating the feasibility study; preparing schematic design through 100% construction documents and specifications; obtaining permits; and providing phased cost estimates. Priority improvements include structural tension-rod upgrades, mitigation of water intrusion along the east wall, administrative-area and mezzanine modifications for a pro shop and viewing area, interior court resurfacing, aesthetic improvements, and community-room improvements. The scope also includes bidding support, construction administration, meeting participation, submittal and RFI reviews, and project closeout documentation, including record drawings, as-built information, and maintenance materials. Respondents must submit a letter of interest, proof of legal business name, a statement of qualifications, a minimum-qualifications response, a Consultant Inclusion Plan, and a Consultant Questionnaire through the City's procurement portal.
