Description
The University of Florida is seeking a qualified photographer for commencement ceremonies held at the close of each semester. The awarded vendor must photograph individual candidate portraits and recognition or handshake moments, platform-party leadership, processions and recessionals, special awards, and honorary degree recipients. The contract is expected to cover approximately five fall ceremonies, up to 20 spring ceremonies, and three summer ceremonies annually. The vendor must offer digital and print photo packages for graduates, including at least one economical option for each format, and provide a user-friendly ordering platform, timely delivery, customer support, and complaint-resolution procedures. Within three business days after each ceremony, the University must receive a secure cloud-storage delivery containing high-resolution images with unlimited University use rights, including specified processional, platform-party, leadership, keynote, award-presentation, and approximately 10% of candidate-recognition photographs. The initial contract term is two years, with up to two additional two-year renewal options.
