Description
The Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries is requesting an annual agreement for as-needed HVAC maintenance and repair services at the Hinton-Mitchem Poultry Regional Diagnostic Laboratory. The equipment identified is one Carrier air conditioner, model 30RAN040-511CX, serial number 5105005012. Pricing must include service calls, regular hourly labor, overtime and after-hours labor, parts, and shipping costs. Parts and shipping are to be entered as zero because the requirements are unknown. The supplier must be Carrier certified, and the agency may request documentation confirming that the supplier or technician is certified to work on Carrier HVAC equipment. The service period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. If proposing alternate equipment, the supplier must provide complete model and part numbers plus descriptive or technical literature; references to literature from a prior solicitation will not satisfy the requirement.
