Description
The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is soliciting an all-or-none vendor for monthly commercial pest control services at Rickwood Caverns State Park. The scope includes termite inspection and control, bird proofing, animal trapping, rodent control, extermination, and fumigation, with additional services available as needed. Pricing is requested per month for all structures. The initial service period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The agency intends to establish a renewable multi-year agreement, with a maximum term of five years and a cumulative value not exceeding $25,000. Pricing, products, services, specifications, and deliverables must remain consistent throughout the agreement term. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for September 23, 2026.
