Description
The U.S. Consulate General in Rio de Janeiro is seeking one brand-new, current-model-year-or-newer seven-seat luxury SUV officially marketed and factory-homologated in Brazil. The vehicle must have three rows, automatic transmission, AWD or selectable 4x4, at least 200 horsepower, 200 mm of ground clearance, specified advanced driver-assistance and safety features, premium upholstery, multi-zone climate control, foldable second- and third-row seats, and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity. The supplier must provide a minimum three-year nationwide factory warranty, demonstrate an active authorized dealership or service network in the Metropolitan Area of Rio de Janeiro, and list qualifying workshop addresses with the technical proposal. The purchase will be awarded on a lowest-price-technically-acceptable basis, with the final price reflecting applicable diplomatic tax exemptions; payment is by electronic funds transfer 30 calendar days after delivery and invoice issuance.
