Description
The U.S. Embassy Nassau is seeking one new compact sport utility vehicle, model year 2026 or newer, with a hybrid four-cylinder engine, backup camera, power windows and locks, dual airbags, ABS brakes, and a smart key. A sunroof is not preferred. The vehicle must include at least three years of roadside service and a five-year/50,000-mile warranty, with local warranty service and certified dealer-trained staff in Nassau. The vehicle must be duty-free, and the supplier must have a Bahamas tax identification number, required Bahamian licenses and permits, a permanent Nassau business address and telephone listing, and the ability to accept the stated purchase-order and payment terms. Subcontracting is prohibited.
