Description
The U.S. Embassy Nassau is seeking a new large sport utility vehicle with a gasoline engine, eight cylinders, seating for at least seven passengers, power windows and locks, dual airbags, ABS brakes, and a smart key. The vehicle must include a minimum three-year factory warranty and a local service warranty, with certified dealer-trained staff available in Nassau. A black exterior and dark interior are preferred, and a sunroof is not preferred. The vehicle must be duty-free and the supplier must have a Bahamas tax identification number, a permanent business address and telephone listing in Nassau, and all licenses and permits required by Bahamian law. The supplier must accept a U.S. Embassy purchase order without mobilization or stage payments and payment in full within 30 days after completion and inspection. Subcontracting is prohibited; the solicitation is limited to locally qualified companies.
