Description
Cobb County seeks qualified vendors to provide trained, uniformed, registered, and qualified officials for adult and youth league and county-administered tournament games. Vendors may bid on all sports or selected sports. The scope includes softball, flag football, basketball, volleyball, and kickball, with sport-specific staffing levels, qualifications, schedules, and applicable rules described in the solicitation. Vendors must provide scheduled assignments, ensure officials arrive at game locations at least 10 minutes before scheduled starts, and submit monthly or bi-monthly invoices. The bid includes annual per-official, per-game pricing for 2027–2029. The initial contract term is 36 months, with up to two additional one-year renewal terms.
