Description
Southwest Minnesota State University seeks proposals from manufacturers, distributors, authorized resellers, and other suppliers to provide athletic uniforms, game-day and practice apparel, footwear, spirit wear, athletic equipment, accessories, and decoration services such as screen printing and embroidery. The supplier should support the university’s athletic programs throughout the year, provide sport-specific products, maintain consistent university branding, and describe its manufacturer authorizations, product limitations, fulfillment capabilities, and customer service model. The university anticipates a three-year agreement, with options for up to two additional one-year periods. The anticipated budget is $200,000 per year. Proposals are evaluated on product and program coverage, pricing, financial value, vendor qualifications and support, and operational capabilities. The solicitation also seeks proposals describing potential discounts, sponsorships, revenue generation, fundraising, NIL opportunities, and other financial or in-kind support.
