Description
The City of Shreveport is offering six surplus immovable properties for sale: 2127, 2123, 2119, and 2101 Marion Street; 2424 Woodward Avenue; and 2401 Kings Highway. The designer's estimate is $34,600. Bidders may submit sealed paper bids or electronic bids. A bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check payable to the City of Shreveport in an amount of at least 10% of the bid must accompany the submission; applicable bonds must include an original power of attorney. The solicitation also requires specified information on the outside of paper bid envelopes.
