Description

The City is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive information technology support for approximately 60 users across eight public facilities. The scope includes help-desk and end-user support; network, server, workstation, mobile-device, cloud, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, VPN, firewall, backup, and disaster-recovery administration; hardware and software installation and maintenance; asset tracking; website updates; vendor coordination; and support for municipal software systems. The selected consultant must provide cybersecurity protections including multifactor authentication, endpoint protection, patch and vulnerability management, secure backup and recovery, incident response assistance, and employee awareness training. The engagement also requires 24/7/365 response for critical incidents, specified response and resolution targets, monthly operational reporting, quarterly inventory and lifecycle reporting, an annual IT roadmap and capital replacement plan, a 90-day transition plan, an on-site presence and emergency on-site response capability, references, and a detailed schedule and rate sheet. The City anticipates an initial three-year agreement with two optional one-year extensions.
