Description
The Town of Clifton Park is soliciting proposals from administrative service agencies, trustees, and financial organizations to provide services related to a deferred compensation plan meeting the requirements of Section 457 of the Internal Revenue Code and Section 5 of the New York State Finance Law, including applicable rules and regulations. A proposal questionnaire may be obtained from the designated contact. Proposals are due September 11, 2026.
