Description
Gilbert Public Schools is seeking a plan provider for its Special Pay Buyback Plan. The provider will meet individually with eligible employees, explain HRA and 403(b) options, discuss benefits, risks, fees, tax considerations, investment options, access restrictions, and portability, provide required disclosures, and assist employees in making informed selections. The provider will complete and coordinate account-opening activities for the selected HRA or 403(b) option, including collecting documentation, obtaining authorizations, assisting with beneficiary designations and investment selections, submitting materials to custodians or recordkeepers, resolving account-opening issues, confirming establishment, and providing account access information. The provider must maintain appropriate records, protect confidential employee information, comply with applicable licensing and regulatory requirements, and provide participant and district support. The district intends a zero direct employer cost structure, although offerors must disclose all potential employer and participant costs.
