Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award Qualisys North America, Inc. a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract for motion capture camera equipment provided by the original equipment manufacturer. The requirement includes proprietary approved parts, software, and maintenance, and the notice states that no other third-party vendor is authorized to install or service the equipment.
