Description
The Metropolitan Mosquito Control District is seeking qualifications from experienced firms to design and implement a comprehensive, sustained leadership-development and change-management program. The initial phase will serve the six-member Senior Leadership Team and nine People Leaders, with a future phase expected to serve 32 Field Operations Supervisors. Respondents must recommend an approach, leadership framework, change-management methods, customization and discovery process, reinforcement and sustainability activities, assessments and measurement, proposed team, and itemized pricing for the initial and future phases. The program is expected to include facilitated learning and may incorporate assessments, coaching, peer learning, practical exercises, follow-up activities, and LinkedIn Learning. Responses must address leadership development, organizational change, communication, coaching, delegation, accountability, performance management, difficult conversations, collaboration, and application of learning to daily work. The response may not exceed 20 pages, excluding the cover letter, resumes, references, and pricing detail, and must include two or three references for similar completed work.
