Description
NB Power is seeking landscaping and grounds maintenance for designated grassed areas at Coleson Cove Generating Station. The work includes mowing, trimming, edging, and managing grass clippings. Weed control, general litter and debris pickup, and spring cleanup are expressly excluded. The approximately 82,000-square-foot area is an estimate; bidders should base their pricing on the solicitation information and site observations, and the monthly rate will not be adjusted for area variations unless NB Power directs a scope change. The contractor may schedule work on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., meeting the required service frequencies and coordinating with operational needs. The contractor must attend one of the offered site meetings; attendance is a condition of award. The contract covers one summer season, with up to two successive one-season renewals. The quote must include the monthly rate exclusive of HST, with applicable HST shown separately.
