Description
The State of Minnesota is seeking one or more contractors to establish an ongoing contract for waste management services covering used oil, oil filters, antifreeze, and oil absorbents. The scope also requires adequate staffing for customer service, order execution, order support, and overall contract management. The State may award multiple contracts and may use resulting contracts or available cooperative contracts if it determines that doing so is in its best interest. Responses must be submitted electronically through the Supplier Portal; non-electronic and email responses will not be accepted. Responders must review the RFP content, attachments, sample contract, and exhibits, and complete and submit all attachments.
