Tulsa County is entering into a purchase contract with Nancy A. Johnson, also identified as Nancy A. Jeter, to acquire a residential property in Lot 22 of the Partridge Subdivision in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. The purchase price is $195,000, with the property conveyed by general warranty deed and delivered free of specified liens and encumbrances. The transaction is part of the Tulsa County Voluntary Flood Acquisition Program and includes all improvements and appurtenances. The agreement provides for a $5,000 relocation incentive and a potential homeownership incentive based on the cost of replacement housing outside the floodplain.
