Description
Tulsa Public Schools is requesting a comprehensive leased fiber-optic Ethernet WAN solution connecting 82 locations to two data centers. The selected vendor must provide connectivity with incremental bandwidth pricing from 1 Gbps through 100 Gbps, including a dedicated inter-data-center connection, leased on-premises equipment, all required cabling and hardware, design and engineering, construction, installation, configuration, and integration with the District’s existing network. The solution must support resilient connectivity, future bandwidth increases, QoS, segmentation, monitoring, and applicable E-Rate and Oklahoma Universal Service Fund requirements. The vendor will also be responsible for ongoing maintenance and support, including 24/7/365 service, a maximum four-hour outage response or restoration commitment as specified, a 99.95% or better uptime guarantee, local support personnel, training, project management, network documentation, and equipment maintenance. Proposals must include pricing, a network diagram, implementation timeline, service-level information, company qualifications, at least three recent references, and completed Attachments A through E, including the OUSF provider validation. Responses must be submitted through the designated online bidding portal by the stated deadline; paper, email, and fax submissions are not accepted.
