Description
Tulsa Public Schools is requesting proposals for broadband wide area network data connections serving 82 sites. Proposers must provide incremental pricing for connection capacities ranging from 1 Gbps through 100 Gbps, along with installation and initial configuration. The solicitation also requests leased on-premise Category One network equipment associated with the connections. Proposals are subject to E-Rate funding and governing board approval; multi-year contracts and voluntary extensions may be considered. Vendors must comply with the Lowest Corresponding Price rule and provide proof of insurance meeting the district's requirements before work or delivery begins. Required insurance includes commercial general liability, workers' compensation, employer's liability, professional liability, and conditional automobile, cyber/data breach, and sexual misconduct coverage, with specified $2 million limits where applicable.
