Description
The State of Virginia is seeking a qualified contact center solution to provide comprehensive support for potential and existing students. The services will address inquiries related to enrollment, retention, financial aid, and student accounts, as determined by individual colleges. The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying all necessary labor, materials, supervision, equipment, and related services as detailed in the attached documentation. Questions regarding this opportunity are due by 5 PM on May 29, 2026, with proposals due by 5 PM on June 23, 2026.
