Description
Seneca Polytechnic’s School of Aviation seeks two mixed-reality/virtual-reality training devices that replicate the Cessna 172S G1000 cockpit, with realistic controls and aircraft operation. The supply includes two high-resolution VR headsets and a complete learning management and training software package supporting structured lessons, instructor monitoring, student progress tracking, performance reporting, and configurable training scenarios. The solution must support the applicable Canadian PPL and CPL training competencies in Seneca’s integrated ATPL program. The proposal must address hardware and software specifications, implementation and delivery planning, installation and commissioning, instructor/administrator training, warranty and support, licensing and recurring costs, future expansion, and recommended spare parts. Vendors must also submit a compliance matrix with supporting documentation, a pricing form, and three comparable references from the past five years. Delivery is required by March 31, 2027.
