Description
Monroe #1 BOCES is requesting proposals from telecommunications carriers for wide area network transport and connectivity between two buildings within the Brockport Central School District. The solicitation seeks multiple connectivity options, including two-strand leased dark fiber, 10 Gbps leased lit fiber, and Category One maintenance and operations for 10 Gbps services. Dark fiber proposals must include maintenance, physical path maps, operational distances, demarcation-point termination, and details of the included handoff equipment. Proposers may offer one-year and three-year contract terms and alternate technologies or network designs. The scope includes installation and initial configuration, service monitoring and alerting, technical and billing portal access, firm monthly pricing, and support for multiple circuits.
