Description
The Rochester City School District seeks a comprehensive online system to screen high school students for Algebra readiness, identify skill gaps, provide Tier 2 and/or Tier 3 math interventions, and monitor student progress. The system must support English and Spanish, align with New York State Next Generation Learning Standards, integrate with ClassLink for single sign-on and rostering, and provide reporting at classroom, school, and district levels. Required capabilities include computer-based assessments, instructional resources and lessons, teacher-led intervention, accessible features such as text-to-speech and speech-to-text, and data exports for district analysis. The vendor must provide implementation planning, a consistent program manager, ongoing support, and training for district and school personnel and other stakeholder groups. Proposals must include detailed responses to the requirements, a completed cost template with pricing for Years 1–5, condensed requirement summaries, vendor qualifications and references, a completed non-collusive bidding certification, W-9, vendor application, and the specified contract-term confirmations. The contract is expected to begin July 1, 2027, subject to Board of Education approval, with up to four additional one-year renewals.
