Description
The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service requires comprehensive relocation services for its Caribbean Area State Office. The contractor must provide labor, supervision, equipment, tools, packing materials, transportation, and disposal services to vacate the sixth-floor office, pack and label furniture, files, supplies, kitchen contents, blinds, mobile shelving, servers, monitors, printers, and other IT assets, and move them to designated temporary office and storage areas within the same building. Disposal items must be taken to legally authorized facilities in Puerto Rico, and the vacated space must be left clean-swept. The contractor must prepare and assemble up to 23 workstations in the temporary office area on the 21st floor, including 10 workstations from the 12th floor and 13 from the sixth floor; at least 18 functional workstations are required if all 23 cannot fit or available components are incomplete. The scope also includes disassembling and relocating a high-density mobile shelving system without reinstalling it, setting up the temporary kitchen, organizing stored items for access, providing at least 50 boxes before relocation, preparing a complete packing inventory, and providing completion photographs. IT assets must be handled under agency IT supervision, and the two large Xerox commercial printers must be moved exclusively by Xerox. The revised statement of work requires evaluation of the inventory within 15 calendar days of award, preparation and packing within 20 days, and relocation and workstation assembly within 45 days. Quotations must include all line items on Attachment 7, a capability statement with availability and approach, and a past-performance narrative covering work completed within the past five years with contract numbers and points of contact.
