Description
San Antonio Independent School District seeks vendors to provide student activities and fundraising services, including an online donation fundraising system. Respondents must describe their system and experience, explain safeguards for funds and fee structures, and provide client references. Fees and expenses may not exceed 25% per fundraiser. The district may award to one or multiple vendors, and there is no guaranteed minimum amount of work. The contract is valid through June 30, 2030; vendors must reapply if there is no activity within two consecutive years of the approved term.
