The Department of Veterans Affairs’ Loma Linda Healthcare System intends to award a sole-source bridge delivery order to the incumbent, RCG of North Carolina, LLC, for bulk medical oxygen. The requirement includes oxygen delivery and rental of the main storage tank and backup tank. The bridge is intended to maintain uninterrupted supply while the Department prepares a competitive procurement for a longer-term follow-on contract. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or offers; responses should provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would benefit the Government.
