Description
The City of Jacksonville is seeking proposals from financing institutions for an installment purchase agreement to finance vehicles and equipment, with a maximum amount of $3,075,567 and a 59-month repayment period. The proposed schedule should use monthly amortization, payments in advance, and level principal payments. Proposals should describe similar financing completed in North Carolina, provide a complete issuance-cost structure and proposed rates, address tax-exempt considerations, and include the requested early-termination and rate-commitment terms. The City anticipates closing by November 30, 2026.
