Description
The North Carolina National Guard is soliciting a single-prime contractor for the lump-sum construction of a stand-alone emergency generator with a minimum 72-hour runtime at Building 142 of the Kure Beach Training Center Dining Facility. The work includes constructing a concrete pad with a mechanical CMU screen wall and gate, installing an automatic transfer switch and associated components, and furnishing all required labor, materials, and equipment. An open pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site. Complete plans, specifications, and contract documents are available electronically through the identified plan room. Sealed proposals will be publicly opened after the submission deadline.
