Description
The City of Branson is soliciting bids for sulfur dioxide supplied in 150-pound cylinders. The pricing page identifies estimated usage of 70,000 pounds, with pricing submitted per pound and including freight, delivery, unloading, fuel surcharges, and handling fees. Cylinders must be properly maintained, include unused lead gaskets, and be replaced or repaired promptly when safety, product-quality, or equipment problems arise. Current safety data sheets must be provided before the first shipment. Normal deliveries are due within 10 days of an order, and emergency deliveries within 72 hours. The contractor must retrieve unused product within 30 days after the applicable usage period and return it for credit. The contract term is January 1 through December 31, 2027, with up to three additional successive one-year extensions at the same or lower unit prices. Delivery is to various City plants in Branson, including the Compton Drive Wastewater Treatment Facility. Bids must be submitted electronically through Euna OpenBids by October 19, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central. Required submission forms include the RFB Form, acknowledgment of any addenda issued, Immigration/E-Verify Affidavit, Pricing Page, and Affidavit of Compliance.
