Description
The project involves construction of street, water, wastewater, and drainage improvements, including erosion controls and storm drain work, with all labor, equipment, and appurtenances needed to complete the work. Bidders must submit the provided bid form and a Statement of Qualification; qualification forms are included in the bid documents. Bidders must also include a cashier’s check, certified check, or bid bond of at least 5% of the total maximum bid price. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the contract price, and a 10% maintenance bond that remains in force for one year after final acceptance.
