Description
The City seeks unit-price quotes for ditch maintenance and restoration to maintain positive stormwater sheet flow. Work may include mechanical grading and rototilling, topsoil grading, sod or seed restoration with starter fertilizer and straw mat, storm sewer inlet adjustments, and adjustment or limited replacement of 12-by-12-inch garden inlets. Work areas and quantities will be determined by the Superintendent, and projects will occur at various locations throughout the year. The City will provide topsoil, aggregate, and storm sewer materials, and will water restorations; the vendor supplies sod, seed, straw mat, and starter fertilizer as applicable. Quotes must use the attached summary sheet and will be evaluated on total cost. Pricing is to remain in place from May 1, 2027, through April 30, 2028, with two optional one-year extensions through April 30, 2030. Prevailing wage rates apply, and certified payroll is required with payout requests.
