Description
The City seeks unit-price quotes for rear-yard and miscellaneous drainage work. The scope includes installing 4- to 12-inch HDPE pipe and inlet boxes, grading and soil removal, topsoil installation, sod and starter fertilizer, and optional seed-and-straw-mat or hydroseeding. Work may also include removing small timbers, decorative rock, plantings, and fence panels. The City will provide topsoil, pipe and inlets, stone, tree removal, and fence installation; the vendor must remove and dispose of generated spoils at the Public Works Facility. The base pricing period is May 1, 2027, through April 30, 2028, with two optional one-year extensions. Projects will be assigned throughout the year and must be completed within two weeks of assignment. The City may award to up to three vendors based on unit costs. Prevailing wage rates apply, and certified payroll is required with payout requests.
