Description
Community High School District 99 is seeking proposals for four wide area network circuits: 10 Gbps circuits for its district office and two high schools, and a 1 Gbps circuit for its transition center. The District is requesting month-to-month and one-year pricing options, with separate monthly recurring charges and itemized one-time charges such as installation, activation, and special construction. The requested services are intended to provide interim connectivity until the District transitions to the Illinois Century Network. Proposals must disclose termination provisions, advance notice requirements, early termination fees, and other costs for discontinuing individual circuits. Vendors must separately identify E-Rate-ineligible products, services, and costs, including the eligibility percentage for ineligible portions of bundled plans. The District may award separate contracts to multiple providers for leased lit fiber and/or dedicated internet services.
