Description
The U.S. Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is soliciting quotations for electrical repairs and upgrades at Annex Freedom Hall. This firm-fixed-price contract is for a one-time project that includes upgrading and expanding the existing electrical infrastructure to support new office loads. Specific tasks include AC power provisions, distribution panel upgrades, LED lighting replacement, workstation circuits, and cable routing and terminations. The work must comply with National Electrical Code (NEC), International Building Code (IBC), and other relevant safety and regulatory standards. Offerors must provide a detailed work plan, list of equipment, quality control plan, and a two-year workmanship guarantee. The performance period is 45 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
