Description
The Township of Wayne is soliciting proposals for open-ended electrical repair and installation services. These services will be required at various locations throughout the township and will include the diagnosis, servicing, and maintenance of electrical systems on a labor, equipment, and material cost basis. This may encompass the installation of electrical fixtures and wiring. The contract is expected to be awarded to three responsive and responsible bidders, with the Township alternating between them for service calls. The contract duration is up to one year, with the possibility of two additional one-year extensions. The Township estimates requiring approximately $50,000.00 of work per contract year, with a minimum of zero and a maximum of fifty-two repair and/or maintenance jobs per year. Emergency services are required within two hours, seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM, with overtime and emergency hours available with Township approval.
