Description
The San Antonio Water System is soliciting quotes from vendors with an active DIR reseller status for HPE Tech Care Essential support for its Nimble Storage solution. The initial support period is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with two optional annual renewals for a potential total term of three years. Pricing must include delivery and freight on an F.O.B. destination basis. Award will be made to the lowest qualified bid, considering the base year and extensions, and the system reserves the right to award the RFQ to one source. The attached package also includes a cloud vendor technology assessment that must be completed for cloud-based software and a sample Software as a Service agreement.
