Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for 72 each of single-leg webbing assemblies, NSN 3940-01-714-1567, part number 8203765, item 33. Offers must comply with the referenced technical data, packaging, preservation, marking, inspection, acceptance, and delivery requirements. The solicitation specifies no quantity variance, inspection and acceptance at destination, FOB origin, and delivery 178 days after award. The required delivery destination is the DLA Distribution DDSP New Cumberland Facility in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. This is a first-time buy and requests quantity-break pricing where applicable. The item is subject to export-controlled technical-data restrictions, including approved Joint Certification Program certification and DLA approval for access to the data. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside and replaces solicitation SPE8EE-26-T-1919.
