Description
Henrico Area Mental Health and Developmental Services is seeking a qualified firm or licensed individual to provide part-time treatment coordination for a Veterans Treatment Docket. The treatment coordinator must be a licensed clinician with LCSW or LPC certification and may work up to 25 hours per month at $100 per hour. Participants generally have co-occurring substance-use and mental-health disorders. Required services include clinical interviews, biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations using evidence-based screening tools, initial assessments and participant check-ins, attendance at two court dockets per month, participation in weekly virtual staffing meetings, and documentation of assessments and client contacts in the agency's electronic health record. The contract period runs from award through June 30, 2027, with up to four additional one-year renewal periods.
