Description
The Texas Military Department (TMD) is soliciting bids for the removal of six existing Navian (model NPE-240A2) liquid propane tankless water heaters and one control unit. The contractor will be responsible for installing six new high-efficiency liquid propane Navian (model number: NPE-240A2) tankless water heaters and one control unit at the Wylie Readiness Center, located at 700 Spring Creek Parkway, Wylie, TX 75089. The scope of work includes all labor, tools, materials, equipment, testing, training, and transportation necessary for completion. The contractor must be a licensed plumber in Texas and ensure all installations comply with manufacturer specifications and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This is a firm-fixed-price contract.
