Description
The City of Garland is soliciting bids for comprehensive home rehabilitation services at 4518 Lawler Road. This project includes significant repairs and replacements, such as a new composition pitch roof, replacement of the central HVAC unit, demolition of an existing patio cover, repair of fascia and soffit, replacement of front shutters, and painting of the front porch concrete and handrail. A lead-based paint inspection has been conducted and indicates no lead-based paint at concentrations at or above 1.0 mg/cm². Bidders must submit a bid on all items; partial bids will not be accepted. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is mandatory to fully understand the scope of work. All required forms must be completed and returned with the response. Questions must be submitted through the Ion Wave Question & Answer segment.
