Description
The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services is soliciting bids for roll stock used in high-volume printing of official documents. The five categories are Inkjet Laser 60#, MOCR Laser 24#, Security 24#, Inkjet Laser 50#, and Inkjet Laser 70#. Bidders may bid on one or more categories, and the state intends to make one main award and one secondary award in each category. The paper must be compatible with Canon CS8160 unconverted equipment, supplied on three-inch cores, and free of perforations, punching, pre-printing, and pin feeds. Category-specific requirements address roll dimensions, basis weight, brightness, opacity, caliper, smoothness, color, and, for security paper, MICR compatibility, watermarking, security stains, embedded fibers, and toner adhesion. Delivery is to 7510 New Market Street, Tumwater, Washington 98501, with freight included; paper must be delivered flat, wrapped in brown kraft paper with a vapor barrier, and without pallets. Bids require completed Exhibit A—Bidder’s Certification and Exhibit C—Bid Price, submitted by email as specified below.
