Description
Forsyth County is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide as-needed transportation engineering and related professional services for transportation-related capital improvement projects. The County anticipates awarding multiple non-exclusive Master Agreements, with individual Task Orders negotiated separately and no guaranteed minimum work. The scope includes transportation planning and design; roadway, intersection, roundabout, sidewalk, multi-use trail, bridge, culvert, drainage, traffic signal, pavement, landscape, structural, survey, utility coordination, environmental, geotechnical, lighting, and public-involvement services. The prime consultant must hold current Georgia Department of Transportation prequalifications for Area Class 3.02, Two-Lane or Multi-Lane Urban Roadway Design, and Area Class 3.13, Facilities for Bicycles and Pedestrians; the proposed team must collectively satisfy the additional listed GDOT area classes. Proposals require a technical proposal, separate fee schedule, required affidavits, addendum acknowledgment, Area Class/Capability Matrix, GDOT qualification documentation, and specified project experience, staffing, technical approach, capacity, and past-performance information.
