Description
This project involves selective tree removal, replacement of piping and spray heads within the existing spray field, replacement of pumps and aerators, power phase converters, and dredging within the wastewater lagoon at Lake Norman State Park. Bids will be received for General Construction on a Single Prime, Lump Sum basis. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Lake Norman State Park Visitors Center (759 State Park Rd., Troutman, NC 28166). Contractors who attended the first pre-bid meeting on May 19th are not required to attend this second meeting. Complete plans, specifications, and contract documents are available for inspection and can be obtained upon a $150.00 deposit.
