Description
The City of Santa Rosa is soliciting an all-or-none quote for one factory-new, commercial-grade, fully assembled 8-foot by 8-foot outdoor walk-in freezer, specified as Amerikooler QF080877**FBRF-O-448A or an approved equal. The freezer must include outdoor-rated construction, minimum 4-inch insulated panels with an R-29 insulation value, an insulated floor, a self-closing 36-inch door with safety features, an outdoor-rated refrigeration system capable of maintaining -10°F, automatic defrost, digital temperature control, vapor-tight LED lighting, and applicable NSF and UL compliance. The purchase includes materials, packaging, transportation, unloading equipment, and set-in-place delivery; installation and construction are not required. The awarded vendor must provide manufacturer documentation, specifications, cut sheets, electrical and refrigeration data, warranty information, an installation manual, and recommended maintenance procedures before shipment. The quote must include the completed required data forms, specification compliance and cost sheet, warranty information, local preference/piggyback form, and designated contact and signature page. The freezer includes a minimum one-year warranty on panels and components and a minimum five-year compressor warranty, with delivery required within 30 calendar days after purchase-order issuance unless otherwise approved.
