Description
This Sources Sought notice is market research, not a solicitation for proposals. The anticipated project would replace 11 automatic transfer switches serving hospital and support buildings. The switches must include an integral bypass feature required by the VA electrical design manual. The work would also add square footage to generator buildings to house the switches and bring the buildings into compliance with applicable codes. Interested businesses are asked to provide organization and contact details, ownership size and type, documentation of organizational and staff capabilities, and a recommended NAICS code if they are not registered under NAICS 238210. Respondents anticipating significant subcontracting or teaming should describe the arrangements' administrative and management structure. The notice anticipates a 100% SDVOSB set-aside, subject to market research.
