Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks professional installation services for nine slit lamps already on site and stored in a warehouse. Work includes moving the equipment to designated clinic rooms, assembly, mounting, alignment, functional checks, coordination with biomedical engineering, and verification that each unit is ready for clinical use. Installation must follow manufacturer specifications and applicable safety and infection-control requirements. Quoters must provide a letter or certification from Haag-Streit/Reliance confirming they are trained and authorized to install Haag-Streit and Reliance equipment. The quote is evaluated on price, technical capability, and relevant experience. The solicitation also requires a completed SF 1449, price schedule, and applicable offeror certifications and representations. The work must be completed within 60 days after award.
