Description
The Military Sealift Command (MSC) is soliciting proposals for worldwide diving services to supplement their existing underwater ship husbandry capabilities. The services required include hull cleaning, hull inspection and surveys, incidental repairs, cofferdam services and storage, and other related ship husbandry tasks on the underwater portions of MSC Government Owned, Government Operated (GOGO) Vessels. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type with firm-fixed-price task orders. The period of performance is anticipated to be five years, starting August 10, 2026, with a potential six-month extension. Proposals are due by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on July 17, 2026, and should be submitted via email to the points of contact provided in the solicitation.
